CRS-A Common Rail Tester is the electronic equipment for testing all kinds of common rail fuel injection injectors and pumps by Bosch, Delphi, Denso and Siemens. Upgrade a traditional diesel high pressure pump test bench to a full functioned equipment for all tests of repairing common rail injectors, pumps or CR systems.
CR Pump Drivers: ● Multiple independent PWM (Pulse Width Modulation) output channels to drive pump solenoids ■ Testing pumps with single regulation valve ◆ Bosch CP1/CP2/CP3 ◆ Delphi CRSP ◆ Denso HP3/HP4 ■ Testing Siemens DCP pump with two regulation valves ■ Drive 3 DRVs for testing pump capability ● 2 special output channels synchronous with pump speed to drive the two control solenoids on Denso HP0 （ECD-U2）pump CRS-A Applications Fuel Rail Pressure Sensor ● Pre-calibrated for Bosch, Delphi, Denso pressure sensors ● User calibrateable for different pressure sensor ● Automatic rail pressure control ● Software based over-pressure protection
